Sally J. Ellebracht-Gerke, M.D., a family practice physician, will begin seeing patients at Cooper County Memorial Hospital’s Rural Health Clinic on Dec. 1. “Cooper County Memorial Hospital is proud to welcome Dr. Ellebracht to our staff,” said Stormy Anderson, chief administrative officer. Dr. Ellebracht was born and raised in the Pilot Grove, Mo., area, and she and her family are looking forwarding to returning to Cooper County and living near Pilot Grove.” A graduate of Pilot Grove High School, Dr. Ellebracht received a bachelor of arts degree in biology as well as her medical degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine. She completed a residency in family practice at Truman Medical Center in Kansas City, Mo. She is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. For the past six years, Dr. Ellebracht has been employed by St. Luke’s-Medical System in Clinton, Mo., where she was also on staff at Golden Valley Memorial Hospital. Dr. Ellebracht enjoys practicing the full scope of family medicine and is well trained to perform many outpatient procedures. She will be joining Mona Brownfield, M.D., Dennis Handley, M.D., Robert Koch, M.D., Ann McDowell, FNP, and Nancy Meyer, FNP, at the CCMH Rural Health Clinic.
